I'm slowly but surely getting back into the running routine. This Saturday I did an eight-miler and then I got another six miles in this morning. The goal is to be able to get in a half marathon by the end of June. I've been tacking on one more mile each weekend, so next weekend's nine miles. Although it has been relatively easy to ease my way back into the longer runs, I still have to work on getting faster. I think this means speed work...intervals on the treadmill, anyone?
